help build closer ties with customers, the community and the media. A
"Smart PR Guide" has been created that provides access to sample press
releases, media pitch ideas, and tips on a variety of subjects. In
addition, there are free downloadable consumer-oriented newspaper columns
available on PREA Center that sales professionals or brokers can use to
position themselves as the real estate specialist in their community.
Prudential Real Estate encourages all its network members to be active
participants in their communities. Community initiatives such as
Global Volunteer Day, Community Champions, and the Sunshine Kids are
programs that allow the Prudential Real Estate Network members to give back
to their communities while increasing brand exposure.
