Ted has been a licensed real estate broker and broker appraiser since 1984. He began working under his father’s guidance and mentoring when he owned their own company, Howell & Jones Realtors and Insurers. In 2003 they merged two companies together into Prudential Poggi & Jones, Realtors. In addition to owning and managing their real estate firm, they also specialized in all aspect of real estate brokerage, including both residential and commercial sales, appraisals, and consultation.
After attending Wyoming Seminary High Schools, he graduated with a 4-year degree in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University and one of his greatest achievements in life was attaining the rank of Eagle Scout with 2 Palms. In addition he has studied from and worked toward many of the available specialty designations available to realtors; including ABR, GRI, CRB to name a few.
